Business automation

Business process automation — save 10+ hours per week

We automate repetitive tasks, connect your tools, and synchronize data — so you and your team can focus on what truly creates value.

How many hours per week does your team spend on repetitive tasks? Manually entering data from email into Excel, copying information between systems, sending the same notifications to clients, generating weekly reports — these tasks consume time that could go toward sales, product development, or better client service.

Business process automation eliminates manual work on repetitive tasks. A workflow is set up once, then runs 24/7 without errors, without forgetting, and without human intervention. Companies that automate key processes save an average of 10–20 hours per week — equivalent to one or two full-time positions.

Autonoma.ba designs and implements automations tailored to your company's specific processes. We don't sell generic tools — we analyze how your team currently works, identify bottlenecks, and build automations that eliminate unnecessary work and connect your tools into one functional whole.

From simple email automations to complex multi-step workflows connecting CRM, accounting, warehouse, and website — we have experience automating business processes across various industries throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Advantages

Why automate business processes?

Human error is inevitable when the same data is manually entered into multiple systems. Automation guarantees consistency — data is transferred accurately, at the right time, in the right format. A single source of truth for all systems eliminates conflicts and duplicates.

Response speed is key in modern business. When a client submits an inquiry through a web form, automation can immediately send confirmation to the client, create a task in the CRM, notify the responsible person, and add the lead to an email marketing sequence — all in seconds, without waiting for someone to check the inbox.

Automation pays off quickly. Investment in automation setup typically returns within 2–3 months through saved working hours. And automation runs non-stop — weekends, holidays, nights — without additional hourly costs.

Features

What you get

Every feature is carefully chosen to deliver measurable business results, not just a good-looking design.

Reports

Automatic generation of weekly, monthly, or custom reports. Data is collected from multiple sources, formatted, and sent via email or to a dashboard.

Pricing

Business process automation pricing

Automation pricing depends on the number of processes, workflow complexity, and number of integrations. Simple automations (e.g., web form → email → CRM) start from 200–500 KM. More complex multi-step workflows with multiple integrations start from 1,000 KM upward.

The Pro website package includes basic automation. For standalone automation projects, we first analyze your processes for free and provide a detailed quote with ROI estimate — how many hours per week you'll save and how quickly the investment pays off.

After implementation, automations require minimal maintenance. They're included in monthly maintenance packages from 15 KM/month, or maintained as part of a larger custom software project.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which processes can be automated?+
Practically any repetitive process: data entry, sending emails, generating reports, synchronization between systems, notifications, approvals, document archiving. During consultations, we analyze your processes and identify the best candidates for automation.
Do I need to change the tools I already use?+
No. Automation is built around tools you already use — we connect them to work together. If you use Excel, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, or a specific ERP, we build bridges between those tools instead of forcing migration.
How quickly does automation pay off?+
Most of our clients see return on investment within 2–3 months. If automation saves 10 hours per week and the average hour of work costs 15 KM, that's 600 KM in monthly savings — automation costing 500–1,000 KM pays off very quickly.
What if my process changes?+
Automations are flexible and can be adapted. A change in process requires updating the workflow, which is significantly faster and cheaper than retraining employees on a new manual process.
Does automation replace employees?+
No — automation frees employees from tedious, repetitive work so they can focus on tasks requiring creativity, client relationships, and strategic thinking. Companies that automate usually grow, not shrink their teams.
