About the project
Taxi Ado is a family business with over 35 years of experience in domestic and international passenger transport. With a premium fleet including Skoda Superb, Audi A6, and VW Passat 6, they provide taxi services across Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Balkans, and the European Union. They are registered carriers in the Republic of Croatia, enabling legal transport throughout the entire EU. They needed a modern web platform that reflects their professionalism, facilitates bookings, and showcases their complete offering.
Challenge
A family taxi company with 35+ years of tradition relied exclusively on phone calls for bookings. Clients had no way to quickly find out the ride price, see available vehicles, or book online. With a price list covering over 200 destinations in 10 countries (BiH, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Hungary, Slovenia, Austria, Germany), it was impossible to efficiently communicate all prices by phone. Additionally, the company needed a way to showcase their advantages - legal EU transport, premium vehicles, certificates, and reviews - to differentiate from the competition.
Solution
We developed a comprehensive web platform that transforms a traditional taxi business into a modern online service. The platform includes an online booking system with vehicle selection, automatic price calculator, complete interactive price list, Stripe integration for card payments, premium fleet display with galleries, driver profiles, certificates section, Google reviews, and Viber/WhatsApp integration for direct contact.

Automatic price display
As soon as the user selects a destination, the form automatically displays the approximate price from the price list, eliminating uncertainty about costs.
Vehicle selection with classes
Three vehicle classes: Skoda Superb (Business), Audi A6 (Comfort), VW Passat 6 (Economy) - with visual cards for each vehicle.
Additional options
Checkboxes for: return trip (+30-50%), waiting at destination (1h free, then per hour), large luggage (+5 KM/piece).
Passenger count selection
Selector for 1-5+ passengers that automatically affects vehicle recommendation and enables capacity planning.
Waiting with hours
Waiting option with 5 choices (1 hour free, 2-5+ hours with prices) for clients who need a return trip with waiting.
Stripe Card Payment
Secure online payment integrated directly into the booking form.

Two payment methods
User chooses between cash and card (+5% commission). When card is selected, card data entry fields appear.

Interactive tool allowing users to calculate an approximate price before booking.

Over 120 cities in BiH with fixed prices - from Arizona (80 KM) to Trebinje (480 KM). Each city with an exact price.
Balkan destinations
Serbia (34 cities, from Loznica 110 KM to Vranje 820 KM), Croatia (34 cities, from Zupanja 135 KM to Pula 860 KM), Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia.
EU destinations
Hungary (Harkany, Pecs, Budapest), Slovenia (Ljubljana, Maribor, Celje, Kranj, Koper), Austria/Germany (Vienna, Graz, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, etc.).
Detailed city tariffs
Day/night start tariff, price per km, van price, extras (luggage, pets, gravel road, detours), waiting tariffs (per minute), return rules.
Interactive destinations on map
Clicking a city in the price list automatically fills the booking form with the destination and displays the price - seamless conversion.

Detailed presentation of each vehicle in the fleet with specifications and galleries.
